House Drama - Update

So, while still looking for a house yesterday, we noticed that there was a Willowbrook condo up on the market. This is the same area where we had previously made multiple offers to an owner. Upon closer inspection, it is the same condo that we had already made 3 or 4 offers on, they had just lowered the price on it.

We made a full price offer and went under contract last night on this house. The fun part is that it closes the end of this month giving us a little over 2 weeks to get everything taken care of on it. Yikes!

Needless to say we're very excited and are hoping that it works out well.

Bad day...that's what we continue to get when working with the seller of the condo we wanted. After making about 15 different offers (no joke) and getting either ignored or rejected each time with no counter, I think we've decided we are done. What can you do when you put close to EXACTLY what the seller "wants" and then they are unwilling to take it?! So now we are hoping for something else. Maybe something better. Keep your fingers crossed for us and if anyone knows of any good places for sale, feel free to let us know!

Today is the big day, well, not that big day but still...

We put an offer in on a condo Saturday night and we'll find out today whether they accept the offer or not. We're crossing our fingers that we can make it work.

Well...I thought it was about time to join all the rest of you bloggers out there, and I figured what better time than when I am making all my wedding preparations! Miles and I are to be married in the Salt Lake Temple on February 17, 2007. It's an exciting time for us and we are very happy.
