Bad day...that's what we continue to get when working with the seller of the condo we wanted. After making about 15 different offers (no joke) and getting either ignored or rejected each time with no counter, I think we've decided we are done. What can you do when you put close to EXACTLY what the seller "wants" and then they are unwilling to take it?! So now we are hoping for something else. Maybe something better.
